Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby Bath Toys (opened packages)
- Pacifiers & Clips
- Teething & Toothcare products
- Any opened personal care items (wipes, facecloths, etc.)
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your return request
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship It Back – Send the package to our return address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method
- Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of receipt):
- Refund Method: Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or product:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- If there’s a price difference, we’ll contact you to arrange payment or refund of the difference
For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
