- Free Shipping (Orders $50+):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Our Return Policy
We want you to love every Little Dutch product as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all tags must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Baby Bath Toys (opened packages)
- Pacifiers & Clips
- Teething & Toothcare products
- Any opened personal care items (wipes, facecloths, etc.)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Step 4: Ship It Back
Send the package to our return address using a trackable shipping method:

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
